How evidence worksfor adjusters & claims reviewers

Server-sealed capture. GPS, time, and author on photos, incidents, and location tracks are stamped by the server at capture time — they can't be edited from the app or this console.

Incident time. "⚑ Mark this moment" during playback logs the exact on-screen moment; marking from the recording list logs the recording's end time. The full clip is attached either way.

Claim package. "View claim" bundles every recording and site photo within ±60 minutes of the incident, the GPS track, and the go-live audit trail (±4 hours) into one printable document.

Evidence is locked. Incidents can't be deleted, and recordings or photos inside an incident's ±60-minute window can't be deleted either — a claim's evidence can't disappear out from under it.

Links expire. Evidence download links are valid for 1 hour after the claim is generated — reopen the claim for fresh links, or contact support@hydroxapp.com.
