How evidence works
Server-sealed capture. GPS, time, and author on photos, incidents, and location tracks are stamped by the server at capture time — they can't be edited from the app or this console.
Two kinds of incident. A crew member streaming from the field presses ⚑ to start marking and again to end it — the claim then carries just that stretch of video and the photos taken during it. Every other way of marking (from this console, from a watch, or while watching someone else's stream) records a single moment instead, and the claim carries ±60 minutes around it. Each claim says which kind it is.
Nothing is edited. On a marked-stretch claim the player is simply cued to the right moment; the file you download is the complete original recording, byte for byte. No footage is trimmed, re-encoded or reassembled at any point.
Claim package. "View claim" bundles the relevant recordings and site photos, the GPS track, and the go-live audit trail (±4 hours) into one printable document.
Evidence is locked. Incidents can't be deleted, and recordings or photos inside an incident's ±60-minute window can't be deleted either — a claim's evidence can't disappear out from under it. That lock is always the full ±60 minutes, even when the claim shows a shorter marked stretch.
Links expire. Evidence download links are valid for 1 hour after the claim is generated — reopen the claim for fresh links, or contact support@hydroxapp.com.
