Server-sealed capture. GPS, time, and author on photos, incidents, and location tracks are stamped by the server at capture time — they can't be edited from the app or this console.

Incident time. Marking an incident logs it at the recording's end time and attaches the full clip.

Claim package. "View claim" bundles every recording overlapping ±30 minutes of the incident, the GPS track, and the go-live audit trail into one printable document.

Links expire. Evidence download links are valid for 1 hour after the claim is generated — reopen the claim for fresh links.
